01 / AGREEMENT

Agreement

Forkeep is operated by Константин Волков. Before registering in the Forkeep app, you must actively select the agreement checkbox to accept these Terms of Use, including your responsibility for imported content and the rights confirmation in Section 04. The Sign in with Apple button remains unavailable until you accept. By using the website, you also agree to these Terms of Use. Read our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

02 / SERVICE

What Forkeep does

Forkeep accepts links to publicly accessible cooking posts and turns their media and available text into saved recipes. A recipe may include ingredients, equipment, timing, estimated nutrition, and a step-by-step video guide. Features and supported source platforms can change as third-party services change.

03 / ACCOUNT

Your account

Use your own Apple account to sign in. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your device secure. Contact us if you believe your account has been used without permission. We may restrict accounts used to abuse the service or interfere with other users.

04 / CONTENT

Source material and rights

Submit only links you are permitted to access and use. Do not submit private, unlawful, or infringing material. You keep any rights you hold in material you submit and allow Forkeep to retrieve, process, store, and display it to provide your requested recipe. Structured recipe details may be matched to ingredient searches within Forkeep without exposing your account, private notes, source links or stored media. Creating a share link publishes a limited web preview and allows signed-in recipients to view and save the structured recipe. Share only content you have permission to share. That permission ends when the material is removed from the active service, subject to technical cleanup and backup retention described in our Privacy Policy.

By selecting the agreement checkbox before registration, you confirm that you will submit only content you own or for which you hold the necessary rights and permissions for Forkeep to retrieve, process, store, and display it. This obligation applies to every subsequent import, including imports through the Share and Action extensions. You are responsible for the content you submit, for obtaining those permissions, and for complying with applicable law and the source platform’s terms. Public availability alone does not grant permission. Do not import content if you do not have those rights and permissions. This confirmation does not transfer ownership or remove Forkeep’s own legal obligations.

Rights holders can report allegedly infringing content, including the source link and evidence of their rights, to ret.kol.az@gmail.com. We will review reports and restrict or remove content where appropriate.

Videos and posts remain the property of their respective creators. Forkeep is not affiliated with TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, or YouTube and does not grant you rights in their content. Follow each source platform’s rules.

05 / SAFETY

Recipe accuracy and safety

Recipes are generated by automated systems and may contain mistakes or omit important information. Cooking times, temperatures, allergens, ingredient quantities, and nutrition are estimates unless clearly stated by the source. Check ingredients, safe cooking temperatures, and dietary needs yourself. Forkeep is not medical or nutritional advice.

06 / PLANS

Plans and payments

The Free plan allows five new recipe saves within a rolling seven-day period and one step-by-step guide viewing in total. Forkeep Plus includes unlimited recipe saves, unlimited step-by-step guides, and estimated nutrition. Plus is offered as a weekly or monthly auto-renewing subscription without a free trial. The app displays your localized price and billing period before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings. Deleting your Forkeep account does not cancel your Apple subscription.

07 / OPERATION

Availability and changes

We work to keep Forkeep available but cannot promise uninterrupted access. Processing can be interrupted, and source content can change or become unavailable. We may improve, modify, or discontinue features. To the extent permitted by law, Forkeep is provided without a guarantee that every link will produce a complete or accurate recipe. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

08 / DELETION

Ending use

You can stop using Forkeep or request account deletion from the Account screen. Deletion blocks account access and starts removal of saved material as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend access if these terms are seriously violated or if required by law.
